Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date.
If the Seller (Calswitch) agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by the Buyer (customer). The Seller will not accept COD shipments.
Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact an Inside Sales Representative at sales@calswitch.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and proper addressing instructions.
Any product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.
Note: The above return policy does not apply to modified standard products or custom products.
Only products originally shipped by the Seller, or shipped by a supplier at the Seller’s direction (drop-ship), will be accepted for return.

The Seller reserves the right to review and either accept or reject all requested changes prior to accepting any purchase order for the revised final assembly product.
