RETURNS

Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days of the ship date.

If the Seller (Calswitch) agrees to accept a return, return freight charges must be prepaid by the Buyer (customer). The Seller will not accept COD shipments.

All returned items must:

• Be in original packaging
• Be in resalable condition

Before returning any product, the Buyer must contact an Inside Sales Representative at sales@calswitch.com to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number and proper addressing instructions.

Any product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.

Note: The above return policy does not apply to modified standard products or custom products.

COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT PREVENTION CLAUSE

Only products originally shipped by the Seller, or shipped by a supplier at the Seller’s direction (drop-ship), will be accepted for return.

Any other products will be:

• Promptly quarantined and disposed of, or
• Returned to the Buyer

By returning products to the Seller, the Buyer certifies that:

• The products were purchased directly from the Seller
• No substitution (in whole or in part) has been made with products from any other supplier, distributor, or source

All returns must be:

• In original manufacturer or Seller packaging
• In unused condition (except in the case of defective products)

CHANGES TO FINAL ASSEMBLY PRODUCTS

If the Buyer makes any changes to:

• Specifications
• Revisions
• Drawings
• Or any other aspect of the final assembly product

that is currently under agreement for value-added services being performed by the Seller, it is the Buyer’s sole responsibility to notify the Seller in writing of such changes before submitting a purchase order for the revised product.

The Seller reserves the right to review and either accept or reject all requested changes prior to accepting any purchase order for the revised final assembly product.
